When is the RSVP deadline?

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by January 1st, 2026. We’ll need a final headcount for our vendors, so your timely response really helps us out. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at  Sandpiper Resort between 4:00pm and 4:30pm PST to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Yes! The ceremony and reception take place at the Sandpiper Resort.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the wedding ceremony.

I have dietary restrictions, will there be options for me?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. That said, you will see a few special children who are part of the wedding party. We hope that this advance notice means you are still able to join us on our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re keeping things intimate, so we’re only able to invite the guests listed on the invitation. Thanks so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code for our wedding day is formal attire. Wear what makes you comfortable, from a suit and tie to a floor-length or tea-length dress. We encourage you to go for solid, bold colours! For inspiration, visit our dress code page!

Where can I find accommodation options for our out of town guests?

Accepted Answer

Sandpiper Resort offers accommodations to guests. The bookings portal will open exactly 365 days before our wedding day and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to visit the Sandpiper Resort website for more information on their amenities.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This is an all outdoor event!  Please dress accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! There will be plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available at the open bar! 😉

What else should I know before I come?

You might want to brush up on your salsa dancing! There might be a certain mother of the bride who will make you dance if she catches you being shy! You are warned 😆
